Lip Balm Colors

Don't want to bother with making a lip balm base yourself? This is our pre-made, easy melt lip balm base...just melt it in a double boiler, or microwave, add flavor oil(optional) and pour...what could be easier?! Each 16 oz. container will make approximately 65 - 1/4 oz. lip balm pots, and about 50 - 1/3 oz. lip balm tubes. By the way, this can also be used as a solid perfume base.
