How do you ship your orders?
We ship via USPS or FedEx - It's your choice, and you can choose at checkout time. At checkout time, you can also choose to ship your order using your own FedEx or UPS account. Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you with the package dimensions and weight, then you can fax or email your air-bill and your package will be on its way! If you don't know how to do this, send us an email and we'll give you directions. We have daily pickups from USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Yes! We ship world-wider to virtually every country.

When will my order ship?
The majority of our orders ship within 1-3 days. If we are out of stock on an item, we will let you know, or if that item in on its way to us, we may hang onto your order for an extra day or two, in order to save some postage. You have your choice on this at checkout time.

Why don't you offer free shipping?
There is not a company anywhere that receives "free shipping" from the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Everyone pays for shipping! If a company offers you free shipping, you will pay for shipping with higher prices. Companies raise their prices and then offer "free shipping". We could do that, but choose to offer lower prices, then charge you exactly what USPS charges you (by the weight of your package, with no hidden charges).

Can I dilute your flavor, essential or fragrance oils?
Yes you can!! Please do your research though, to be absolutely certain that what you are diluting them with is appropriate for your application. Do NOT dilute an oil with water or a water based product with oil for obvious reasons.

Do you offer "bulk" discounts?
Yes we do! If you purchase 5 cases of any of our bottles, jars, bags, or other containers, we offer an additional 10% off the entire product order. Our other discounts are based upon the quantity of the product ordered....the more you buy, the cheaper it is and the discount is automatically built into our pricing structure.

Do you take checks?
Yes, we do, although it will delay your shipment until the check clears. You can receive your order much faster, if you send a money order. We also accept Western Union, Money Gram and Pay Pal - (Pay Pal is our preferred method of payment).

Why don't you accept returns on some of your products?
Very rarely, someone won't like the taste of a product, or the smell, or the texture; there could be a lot of reasons that someone won't like something. We don't accept returns on some of our products because of health reasons. We cannot resell a flavor oil (for obvious reasons) and we cannot tell if a fragrance or essential oil has been tampered with, or a powdered chemical has been touched or mixed with another product and "polluted". Rather than take a chance on the purity of our products, we just do not accept returns on some items. If the product is "defective" in any way, then yes, we absolutely will accept returns for a credit/replacement only of the identical product.

Do you offer advice or recommendations on your products?
We can offer very basic advice or help on a product. We can NOT offer medical advice or advice on what to mix with what to create an end result. There are literally thousands of combinations available, so that is up to you to achieve the end result. The Internet has a wealth of information, recipes, and suggestions.

What books can you recommend as far as recipes go?
The Internet is full of recipes and so is your local library, so we suggest that you check there first. That way, you can copy/print out the suggestions and go from there. If you change a recipe, be sure to write it down so that you remember it for the next time!
