Add amazing flavor to your candies and baked goods! Unlike weak grocery store extracts, our extra-strong flavorings are concentrated - "A little goes a long way!" Use these concentrated candy oils to flavor all your confectionery creations such as hard candy, caramels, fudge, popcorn and marshmallows. They are excellent for flavoring cakes, cookies and all baked goods as well. Use anywhere you would a baking extract - just use less. Use these Super Strength Flavors in: Hard candy and confections such as cake pops, fudges, marshmallows, and brittles. Most flavors are appropriate in chocolates, all baked goods such as cakes, cookies, muffins, frosting and fondant (use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 1 cup butter or fat) ice cream and frozen dairy. Our flavors are: Gluten free, concentrated, free of nut and dairy allergens. Caution: Please keep in mind that our super strength flavors are extremely concentrated and should be used with care. We recommend the following safe handling tips: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest super strength flavors undiluted. Wipe-up spills quickly as prolonged contact to counter-tops may cause damage. Avoid using plastic utensils and bowls. Avoid rising steam when making hard candy.
