Shipping Terms
All items are shipped either USPS, UPS, or you may also use your own UPS or FedEx account, as per customer’s choice. Items are shipped prepaid and added to the invoice. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. Many times, orders are shipped the same or very next business day. Under normal circumstances, there are times due to high order volume, when it may take up to 5 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Please note, that when a customer chooses USPS Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Third Day Air, those express shipping terms apply to the parcel from the time it is shipped, NOT from the time the order is placed. Although we place the highest priority on orders with express shipping services, the same shipping policies apply. Saturday Shipping is a special fee on top of the normal Two Day and Next Day Air charges (please call us if you require this emergency service). We DO NOT guarantee that any order will be shipped from our warehouse any sooner than 5 business days from the time payment is received. Regarding carriers, we make no guarantees as to the time a carrier may take once an item is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays due to any carrier's lack of performance. A special note during the holidays: the period from Thanksgiving to Christmas is an especially slow time to receive shipments. Please be patient if you are waiting for a parcel during this time. Again, a carrier's lack of performance is out of our control.

Any address corrections or address change charges from UPS will be billed to customer, such as missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, and so forth. These changes are billed by UPS separately, so please be sure to double check your address information before submitting your order. In placing your order, verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. Should the address information provided be incorrect, you may be responsible for an additional $20.00 address correction charge from UPS as stated above. PO Boxes are not allowed in the address information, if you are shipping via UPS. We must ship to a physical address for all UPS shipments.


International Customers
USPS and UPS offer service to select Countries/Cities via Express. It is not available for all countries (most of the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Canada, and Germany qualify). Express delivery is approximately 2-4 business days shipping speed to these areas. Most countries qualify for USPS and UPS Expedited and Express. It is usually the cheapest international option (5-7 business days). If for some reason, neither option produces a shipping cost, then in most cases UPS Saver Express is the only option available for your country. UPS Saver Express is right in the middle of UPS Expedited and UPS Express in terms of cost and speed (4-7 business days).


International Orders and Importation Policies
All items sold on this site are available to international customers residing outside of the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the importation restrictions of the country in which they reside. Importation fees and duties may be required to import certain items into your country. It is the customer's responsibility to handle fees required by your Customs office. In addition, if required, any licensing, business licenses, or required certifications by your country must be furnished and presented by the importer or customer upon arrival of the package at the Customs office in your country. The customer assumes all liability regarding the importation of any item purchased. At no time will Le Mélange, LLC be held responsible for non-delivery of any order that is stopped by Customs of the country in which the customer resides. If Customs of the country in which the customer resides seizes a package because the customer purchased an item that is regulated or not allowed for importation into their respective country, the customer agrees to waive all rights to any claim against Le Mélange, LLC. At no time will Le Mélange, LLC be responsible for issuing any type of credit or refunding any monies for any package that is seized by Customs of the country in which the customer resides.


Undeliverable Packages
All packages that are termed undeliverable due to insufficient, incomplete, or non-deliverable addresses, or not having someone 18 years or older at the shipping address to provide a signature confirmation are subject to a $9.25 service charge for UPS ground package or $13.95 to $18.50 for a UPS priority shipped package, depending on weight and service of original order. In addition to the service charge, the customer will be responsible for any further shipping charges should the customer choose to have the package re-shipped. Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit for the merchandise minus the $9.25 or $13.95 charge, depending on the original shipping service, and a 25% restocking fee. In order to receive a store credit, you must have an online account with Le Mélange, LLC.




Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Le Mélange, LLC. As such, we would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Any item being returned for any other reason other than it being defective or shipped in error, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees for errant orders will not be refunded. All items returned must be returned new, unused, in the original packaging, with any accessories provided by the manufacturer, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will receive a store credit for merchandise minus 25% restocking fee.

If you paid for your order via credit card, or PayPal, your account will be credited back for the appropriate amount once the products have been received. If you pay with a check, western union transfer, or money order; please allow 2–4 weeks to receive your refund check from Le Mélange, LLC from the time we receive the returned products. If you wish to waive the 25% restocking fee, you may have your refund in the form of a store credit. Restocking fees may also be waived if purchasing another item of equal or greater value. Restocking fees will be refunded once the new order has been processed.

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will refund the costs or the products, plus original shipping cost and supply the return shipping label via USPS or UPS.

The following will not be accepted for return, for any reason, unless deemed defective or shipped in error: Items that have been discontinued, items that are outdated, shelf-worn, used or defaced, unsuitable for re-sale, chemicals or oils or essential or flavoring oils that have been opened, or products that have been shipped outside the United States.


Product Acceptance
Extreme care is always used when packing your orders. All items are checked, rechecked and packed by experienced personnel. Should discrepancies occur, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue. All claims of shortage, incorrect items or damage MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF OUR ORDER. Major damage should be reported immediately to - and inspected by - the carrier. We will lend all assistance in helping to process your claim. For damage caused by USPS or UPS delivery, all packing materials should be kept until inspected by a USPS or UPS representative. If the customer does not notify Le Mélange, LLC within five (5) days after the receipt of the order, the order shall be deemed to conform to the terms provided herein and shall be irrevocably accepted by the customer.


Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order you must notify Le Mélange, LLC via email at sales@lemelange.com, before 12:01 pm EST on the day you place your order to receive full credit. Orders cancelled after 4:00 pm EST on the order date may receive full credit if the package has not shipped. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will receive credit minus a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.


Changes to Existing Orders
Due to the way our orders are processed for shipment, we cannot add to, or modify an existing order once it has been submitted. We can only cancel an order IF it has not yet been shipped. If you need to add to or change an existing order, you may call or e-mail our customer service department and cancel your existing order, IF it has not yet shipped, and then you must re-submit a new order with the changes or additions you wish to make. You must re-submit your order through the on-line check out process. We cannot process, change, or modify any orders via e-mail. We can only cancel orders. If your order has already shipped, then you must place an additional order.
