Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received and cleared before an order is shipped. We currently accept the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders and Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at sales@lemelange.com as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
We are unable to add items to or make changes to an order after it has been submitted. If an order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and place a new order.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping times provided by USPS, UPS, or other carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Le Melange LLC. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for knowing and complying with the importation laws and regulations of their country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, licenses, or other charges imposed by their country. Le Melange LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, or seized by customs because of the laws or regulations of the destination country.
