Black Cherry Flavoring – This flavor is oil soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. It is also appropriate for use in drinks, ice cream and chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ – ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating). Though it’s oil soluble, it can still be used in beverages due to the small amount of flavor that is used.  For a liter of beverage, we recommend adding ¼ to ½ tsp of flavoring.  Though in theory there could be some separation, it would be minimal, if at all, due to the amount used.
