Pumpkin Spice Flavoring. A wonderful addition to your fall-themed treats, bringing the rich and authentic taste of pumpkin spice to your creations. It is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This Pumpkin Spice Flavoring is also appropriate for use in coffee, chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ – ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating). Though it’s oil soluble, it can still be used in beverages due to the small amount of the flavor that is used. For a liter of beverage, we recommend adding ¼ to ½ tsp of the flavoring.  Though in theory there could be some separation, it would be minimal, if at all, due to the amount used.
